DISTRICT 22 HOLIDAY CELEBRATION

Date: Saturday December 7, 2024

Time: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Location: First United Methodist Church, 207 Grove Ave, Hampshire, IL 60140

Please bring Side Dish to Pass*, First Letter of Last Name:

  • A-H Pasta/Potato
  • I-P Vegetable/Salad
  • Q-Z dessert

*Please note that there is no oven to reheat dishes.

We have a festive evening planned with something for everyone:

Christmas Day Open House

Time: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm | Meetings – Fellowship – Fun!

The Elgin Alano Club will be OPEN for friends and visitors on Christmas Day! We will be conducting a Series of Meetings in Unit C between 12:00  – 4:00 pm, plus the gift shop, big screen TV and members lounge are open, kids room activities and lots more!

A Christmas Meal will be served this year! If you plan to bring a dish to share, please sign up at the club, so we do not ‘load up’ on any single item.

Bring a friend, board game and attend one of our extra meetings for the day!  A perfect ‘escape’ from what many may find to be a stressful and/or tempting day with or without family.

  • 5:00pm – Doors open & Fellowship  |  5:30pm – Pulled Pork Dinner
  • 6:30pm – Open Meeting – “Spooky” Speakers Panel
  • 7:30pm – Contests, Raffles, Music & Dancing  |  11:00pm Bash close – Let’s end Sober-tober with a bang!
    • Dancing / Music with DJ Mark
           – Let the Bash begin after the meeting!
    • Costume Contest w/ CASH prizes
            – Dress to impress in your most frightful attire!
    • 50/50 Raffle and other activities
